• Profiling Mitochondrial Function with the XF Mito Stress Test

  Review the fundamental parameters of mitochondrial function, and discuss the value of the XF Cell Mito Stress Test Kit and its use in identifying mitochondrial dysfunction, and measuring mitochondrial response to stress.

• Measuring Glycolytic Function with the XF Glyco Stress Kit

  A workshop discussion on Extracellular Acidification Rate (ECAR), a valid indicator of glycolysis, and a valuable tool in analyzing alterations in dynamics of cellular bioenergetics.

• Next Level Data Analysis and Interpretation

  Using XF software we will interpret example data, and show you how you can take your data analysis and interpretation to the next level and enhance your research.

• Substrate Utilization Toolbox

  In this workshop we will discuss the rationale for inferring substrate catabolism by measuring byproducts of that process, OCR and ECAR.

• Keeping Your Seahorse Happy

  This workshop will highlight the simple practices that will keep your XF Analyzer running smoothly and efficiently.

Pricing & Registration

This XF Users’ Meeting will be held at the Bunkyo Civic Center. The Welcome Reception, Thursday dinner, and accommodation will be at the Tokyo Dome Hotel.

The price is $599 (USD). Please fill in the Registration Form. Two nights' accommodation, and all meals including the Welcome Reception are included in the registration fee. Should you not require accommodation, pricing is $245 (USD). Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel/transportation to the meeting.
