Support Services
The Seahorse team includes a worldwide customer support organization dedicated to helping customers perform productive assays that consistently produce high quality data.
The following support services are included with the purchase of an XF Analyzer*.
Immediately following delivery:
- Onsite instrument installation and basic operation training
- Phone, email, and onsite application assistance (between the hours of 8amEDT -8pm EDT)
After approximately two weeks of initial use of the instrument:
- Seahorse two-day Bioenergetics and Extracellular Flux Analysis training course (Tuition and accommodations for two people is included with the XF24 purchase)
For the remainder of the first year of ownership, or with the purchase of a support contract:
- Phone, email, and onsite hardware troubleshooting, support, service, preventative maintenance, and repair
- Software troubleshooting, updates, periodic enhancements, and training
- Biological application support for Seahorse Reference Assays and Applications
- Field application support
- Loaner instrument service
Once per year:
- Annual user group meeting
Available on a project basis:
- Biological support for novel, customer-specific applications of XF technology
*Note: Support services are offered in a timeline that has been proven successful for our customers. However, flexibility around timing can be accommodated.
