Support Services

The Seahorse team includes a worldwide customer support organization dedicated to helping customers perform productive assays that consistently produce high quality data.

The following support services are included with the purchase of an XF Analyzer*.

Immediately following delivery:

  • Onsite instrument installation and basic operation training
  • Phone, email, and onsite application assistance (between the hours of 8amEDT -8pm EDT)

After approximately two weeks of initial use of the instrument:

For the remainder of the first year of ownership, or with the purchase of a support contract:

  • Phone, email, and onsite hardware troubleshooting, support, service, preventative maintenance, and repair
  • Software troubleshooting, updates, periodic enhancements, and training
  • Biological application support for Seahorse Reference Assays and Applications
  • Field application support
  • Loaner instrument service

Once per year:

  • Annual user group meeting

Available on a project basis:

  • Biological support for novel, customer-specific applications of XF technology

*Note: Support services are offered in a timeline that has been proven successful for our customers. However, flexibility around timing can be accommodated.
