| Application |
| This plate is designed for larger storage volumes within industry standard overall plate dimensions. Store or prepare large amounts of compounds or HPLC column fractions in one plate, instead of using individual tubes. This plate offers a 10mL working volume when sealed with cap seals. The pyramid bottom eases sample retrieval, and improves mixing within the well by creating a sloshing effect rather than a vortex when agitated. The polypropylene construction offers a low binding surface to prevent samples from sticking to the side walls during elution, and is chemical inert for combinatorial chemistry applications. |
