XF24 Cell Culture Microplates

XF24 cell culture microplates are designed to maximize the sensitivity of the sensor cartridge measurement. The well design incorporates an initial larger opening with sloping walls that terminate into a well bottom having the same diameter as a 96 well microplate.

Three 200µm high molded stops on the bottom of the plate prevent the sensor cartridge sleeves from contacting or disrupting the cell monolayer. Cells are not affected by the measurement process and can be reused.

A unique feature of the Seahorse XF24 microplate is, unlike other 24-well plates, they are designed to work with commercially available 96-well liquid handling systems.

XF24 V28 Cell Culture Microplates

10 per box, larger microchamber volume, designed for highly aerobic cells. The larger microchamber increases the dynamic range of the OCR measurement for these cell types, while the ECAR sensitivity is dampened.

XF24 V7 PET Cell Culture Microplates

Part #101037-004

10 per box, molded from Polyethylene Terephthalat [PET]. PET does not absorb CO2, so PET plates equilibrate faster and may provide improved ECAR measurements.
