Electro-Optical Assembly Technician
Location: Chicopee, MA
Description: You will be responsible for final assembly and testing of complex instruments that are used for biological research. Tasks include top-level mechanical assembly and interconnect wiring, optical fiber and board testing, system level testing, adjustments and calibration. You will join a small, growing team focused on consistent weekly production of a family of instruments.
Requirements:Ten years experience in assembly and testing of products that include mechanical, electronic and software components is required. Proficiency in the use of computers and basic electronic test equipment for testing and troubleshooting is required.
