Sales & Marketing Administrative Assistant

Position Summary: A unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing organization. We are seeking an energetic, articulate, and literate individual to join our marketing and sales group. In this newly created position, you will provide support to marketing and sales staff and help ensure our continued success. This is an excellent opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade show orders & calendar
  • Coordinate trade show booth logistics
  • Enter leads into Saleforce.com database
  • Support creation of technical sales and market development tools.
  • Maintain Marketing projects calendar
  • Coordinate monthly Webinar
  • Track field demo inventory and logistics
  • Coordinate Travel Award prizes
  • Track & monitor budgets
  • Assist with arrangements for Workshops, Users’ Meetings and Sales Meetings
  • Provide routine administrative support to Marketing Manager, Sales Manager, Field Sales staff, and VP Sales & Marketing as needed

Qualifications

  • 2 or 4 year college degree
  • Customer friendly phone personality
  • Good writing, and verbal communication skills to write and and express ideas to others
  • Strong organizational, project and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a matrix management environment
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com a plus
